We ordered a prelit xmas tree after the holidays in 2016. Our old tree had gone bad during the holidays and we figured we would order a new tree in January and store it until Xmas so that we wouldn't have to worry about it.
The tree came and we put it in the garage with the rest of our holiday gear. Xmas 2017 rolls around and we take it out of the box. Come to find out they had shipped us the wrong top for the tree. It wasn't lit like the rest of the tree.
After many hours on the phone with customer service they blamed us for not checking the tree when it came and said they could do nothing. Terrible customer service.
