I ORDERED A FROSTED CHRISTMAS TREE ONLINE FROM WAL MART'S WEBSITE.IT WAS COVERED WITH BLUE AND GREEN GLITTER.

MOST OF THE GLITTER WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. THE TREE WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS PICTURED. IT COST A FORTUNE IN POSTAGE TO RETURN IT AS THEY DON'T PAY POSTAGE FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR WILL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY.

I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED IT. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY , I GOT A RECORDING THAT SAID THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. HOW CAN A CHRISTMAS COMPANY NOT BE AVAILABLE A MONTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS?

THE COMPANY IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED.I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN.

Preferred solution: Have them pay for the return postage..

I didn't like: Poor customer service and inferior products.
