I ordered some ornaments from this site on Nov.28 (it is now Dec 19th), and have not even received a shipping confirmation, much less the order itself.

I have written to them 3 times and received no response. I am aware that they ran into some issues due to the storm (supposedly), yet when I go to their website now, I see they are offering 2 and 3 day last minute shipping. So...you haven't processed issues from last month because of the storm, yet you are still advertising that you can get orders out to people in 2 or three days???

This doesn't make any sense at all and I believe that this company is in fact fraudulent.DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service AND received late AND misleading advertising!!!!.

Monetary Loss: $50.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
