PURCHASED A GIFT FOR CHRISTMAS FOR MY DAUGHTER SHE RECEIVED 3 OF THE SAME ITEMS. I CALLED TO RETURN THE ITEM THAT I PURCHASED FROM WALMART, BUT IT CAME FROM CHRISTMAS CENTRAL SO I CALLED AND WAS TOLD THAT THE ITEM HAD TO BE POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 24TH FOR A RETURN AND I WENT ON TO EXPLAIN THAT CHRISTMAS WAS ON DECEMBER 25TH HOW WAS I GOING TO KNOW IF I NEEDED TO RETURN THE ITEM ON CHRISTMAS EVE IF IT WAS A GIFT AND I WAS TOLD I'M SORRY BUT THAT IS OUR POLICY, I WENT ON TO EXPLAIN THAT DECEMBER 24TH IS CHRISTMAS EVE IN CASE SHE DID'NT KNOW IT AND CHRISTMAS DAY WAS THE 25TH OF DECEMBER BUT SHE STILL REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY ( I CALLED ON DECEMBER 27) THIS IS THE WORSE COMPANY EVER BEWARE!!!!!! READ ALL OF THE COMPLAINTS ABOUT THEM FIRST
