Worst company I have ever had dealings with. Told me my package was delivered and washed her hands of the problem.

When I stated that I did not have the package was told I should go knocking door to door to find it. When the candles finally arrived one of the bulbs was broken. Couldn't find a replacement locally. I ordered them from Christmas Central 10 days and they haven't arrived.

I don't expect them to at this point.

I will throw everything away and chalk it up to experience. I will never buy from Christmas Central!

SCAM operation!

I placed an order which was only partially filled. Items were also not as described. When contacting customer service via phone I was hung up on 3 times. 4th call finally got a rep but they did not fully resolve issue. E-mails were all ignored. I requested refund for items not received & was refunded minus re-stocking fee and return shipping for items I never received!!!! This business is a complete scam!

Ordered a Christmas tree- received treat boxes

Absolutely the worst customer service I have received in my entire life. I ordered a 7.5 foot prelit Christmas tree from Walmart.com that was fulfilled by Christmas Central, not only did I NEVER RECEIVE my tree, I received a box of nautical treat boxes instead. Once I informed them of this issue, I was informed that once I sent them back the treat boxes they would give me my refund. At no fault of my own, they accidentally sold me a tree at a significantly lower price than intended. I sincerely believe that they realized what they did, and decided to send me paper nautical treat boxes to make up for it, and then tell me that is what I actually ordered. If they would’ve just accepted the loss, and sent me my tree, maybe they would not be getting such a horrible review, but of course they refused. I hope that the next person that is thinking about buying from the, does not do so, for you will not get anything even similar to what you purchased.

They are one Big Flea Market. Dave Gordon the Owner buys this stuff over in China.

They have just junk. You think you are getting a good deal, beware. They sell on Amazon, Kmart, Sears, all the on-line retailers. Hope you don't need to make a return, boy are you in for a Surprise.

They also have stores in WNY that sell this stuff. Not only that, they sell broken TV's, Microwaves and stuff a regular store wouldn't sell.

You at least have the No Return policy. Spend your good money on junk.

Assuming you were wise and charged the price of the tree on your credit card and not a debit card, just dispute the charge as "product not received" or "wrong product sent" and, of course do NOT send them the nautical treat boxes unless they send you a pre-paid shipping label. It was their mistake and you are not liable for either paying for the return of an erroneous shipment nor for a tree you ordered but never received.

Waste of time

I ordered two sets of ornaments. One set had paint damage and the other did not match the description on the website. Although the website indicated that the ornament caps were silver, they were indeed gold. The customer service manager indicated that the website note claiming that the picture of the 1.5-in ornament may not represent the actual ornament and that the cap may vary depending on size obviated them of any liability of inaccuracies in the actual product description. Now I get to pay for shipping fees to return a product with an incorrect product description. Order at your own risk, this has been a colossal waste of time and energy.

They buy TV's from best buy that are returned and fixed and sell to employee's, what a good deal, 30 day return. If a reseller (marketplace) (online) of them needs to have a new one sent out and doesn't want the old one back, they ask the Customer to send back so they can resell the item if it is worth it!

Yes, They will forward the Customer a return label and have them ship it back. Mo money.

They are not stupid. You are for spending good money on that stuff!

Never Again!

Don't waste your time ordering from this company. I ordered two sets of icicle lights and waited a week to receive two sets of micro mini battery lights and no packing slip. After phone calls and emails I was told they were out of stock even though one of the emails stated they were in stock and would ship out within two business days. I was told they would refund my account in 3-5 business days. Waiting to see how that goes!

Excellent service

I received an order from them addressed to me but the package contained someone else's packing slip and merchandise. I called and within minutes the issue was handled and my order is on its way. Excellent customer service.

Not honest with response of issues

I’ve made numerous calls to their customer service, I placed a substantial order the 1st of December for my daughter and my grandchildren whom were going through some difficult times received an email the 2nd that they had shipped. It just so happened that I was there helping her and my grand babies move into their new home (new for them) I waited a week, no lights, no outside decorations (but they have all shipped) I called customer service explained the situation and how important these decorations were going to be this year for these babies! I was told there was a mistake in shipping and they were now out of stock on the lights ordered but they had the longer strand and would ship the equivalent of those, I was happy with that! Unfortunately for me and my family I took them for their word, not only did they not have any lights at Christmas we are still waiting on them to make this order right, they have been paid of course! I however made sure my grandchildren had a wonderful time at Christmas anyway

Do not do business with this company. They do not guarantee or warranty the products they manufacture; and therefore if the item you purchase stops working after their 7 day return policy, THEY WILL NOT REFUND OR REPLACE THE ITEM TO INCLUDE DEFECTIVE ITEMS. This just happened to me. I ordered 2 blue LED cone Christamas Tree to place outside my home Christmas 2017. The order was place November 22, 2017 and they said I received it December 1, 2017 when I actually received it December 6, 2017. One immediately stop working. After several attempts to reach them to included leaving voicemails I finally was able to reach a person but it was outside of their 7 day policy. As a result, they refused to help me. They said I should have contacted them within the 7 days. UM, hello... I did try to contact you within the 7 days but your company does not know how to return calls. The tree cost approximately $125 which I will never get back. Its to bad that companies like this don't care about their customers or reputation.

Ordered (2) sets of (10) battery operated miniature lights; (1) set of (20) battery operated miniature lights. All DEFECTIVE. Drained brand new batteries. Called on 12/27/17 to report I was returning for a refund, I was told no refunds after Christmas on Christmas items. It's their "Policy". Had to contact Hollar who had them in their marketplace on-line and settled with Hollar. Hollar also intervened on my behalf with a refund that was promised on 12/12/17 for the missing items in my order. Christmas Central tried telling me that they were only up to Dec. 5th processing of refunds. I would now have to wait another 2 weeks to be refunded (through Hollar). WHAT ?!@#$%^^& Christmas Central just now tells me they process it back to Hollar who refunds the monies! CHRISTMAS CENTRAL is a wee bit "shady" if you ask me. They give you vague, indirect replies to your questions. They seem a little put off by a consumer actually calling them on their merchandise, and not Hollar where it was originally purchased.

Broken ornament

I received my ornament today. There was no padding in the box, the ornament was not in its bag but just rattling around in a box. It is a John Deere tractor ornament and the wheel was broken off. I ordered through Amazon. I don't know what else you want me to say. This pretty much covers it. There was one ornament in a 4x4x3 box with no padding to protect it from being tossed around. It appears it was never in a sealed bag because the bag was also in the box but not on the tractor. Order number was 190**** and there was no packed by person.

Have an issue with shipping but for days cannot contact them via phone, chat or email. The Christmas central web site says that an order will be shipped the same day as the order but my order has not shipped. I must have the order delivered before Christmas. I have left numerous phone messages asking for a call back and have send emails asking for a response to my inquiry to no avail. And their Chat option always returns a message that their agents are not available so leave a message but there is never a response to my message. I wish I had vetted their customer service before placing my order. Lousy service.

I ordered c-7 orange bulbs through the Walmart Marketplace and received c -9 bulbs. I paid $4.49. I called the company and was told I could return them at my cost or they could reorder the right bulbs but with no free shipping as before. There were no other options available even though their help desk indicates they could be returned to the store. Very poor customer service. Would never buy from them again. To me, they just rip you off...my opinion.

I ORDERED A FROSTED CHRISTMAS TREE ONLINE FROM WAL MART'S WEBSITE. IT WAS COVERED WITH BLUE AND GREEN GLITTER. MOST OF THE GLITTER WAS AT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX. THE TREE WAS NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS PICTURED. IT COST A FORTUNE IN POSTAGE TO RETURN IT AS THEY DON'T PAY POSTAGE FOR RETURNED MERCHANDISE. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN NOR WILL MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED IT. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY , I GOT A RECORDING THAT SAID THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE AND TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. HOW CAN A CHRISTMAS COMPANY NOT BE AVAILABLE A MONTH BEFORE CHRISTMAS?
