I ordered a 10 foot Dunhill multi light tree two weeks ago before the "storm." I called customer service and was on hold for 30 minutes before I finally talked to someone.I was told my 10 foot pre lit christmas tree would arrive in a couple of days.

Two days later I received a 6 foot tree. That is a $300 and 4 foot difference! How do you make that kind of mistake? Now I will not get a christmas tree before christmas even though I ordred it a month before.

Terrible Company, Terrible Service.This issue is yet to be resolved.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Still no item, Customer service, Tracking system, Shipping took weeks, Tracking code emailed invalid.
